De plus,Chico,un enfant-soldat de Militaire sans Frontières(l'armée de Big Boss) qui était épris de cette dernière à essayer de la sauver et s'est lui aussi fait capturer,en clair,le Commandant en Chef des mercenaires va devoir lui-même faire "d'une pierre deux coups"et sauver les deux dites personnes au sein du Camp Omega et,découvrir également ce qui s'y trame.
